Due to the nature of the print on demand process, refunds or exchanges can not be offered unless one of three specific situations occur.
PotterShirts.com will offer exchanges or refunds (minus shipping cost) for the following:
- You received a design that you didn’t order.
- You received a size that you didn’t order.
- You received misprinted/damaged/defective items.
You must email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery explaining the problem. Please include a photo of the problem. Please allow 48 hours to check records, contact the printer and reply to your message.
PotteryShirts.com does NOT offer exchanges if the size you ordered does not fit as you thought or if the shirt is not exactly as pictured on the website. Due to differences in monitors and screens we cannot guarantee color accuracy.
If you do not receive your order by the maximum estimated time (up to 7 days to print + the maximum number of days for your chosen shipping option) please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
